Garry,
I missed the point that it is your friend who is sending you the black on
black message as a reply when they are using JAWS. This implies that they
are using the yellow font on black background for new messages and normal
type on the black background for replies. They should be able to check this
out easily by pressing insert-f and listening to the font in each case.
If we knew what email program they are using to create messages we could
work out what they need to do if they need any help.

Hi all.
Guys can I pose a question to all jaws users, my friend emails me in black
background and yellow font using , that fine but when they reply using jaws,
I recieve a black screen with no text but if I select it, I can read it.
What is the problem here and can it be solved?.
