Hi Gary, It seems to me that your friend needs to make sure within their system that "All fonts" are set to yellow and this would include replies in emails, word processor text etc. In XP I think they need to go into the properties of their desktop and go to the font settings but as I don't have a windows XP machine here with me just now I can't be sure of this.
