I have just tried to top up my phone again and the very same thing happened and
I was unable to complete the top up. This time I was asked for my date of birth
and pin number which was fine and which I was able to enter with no
difficulties. Then I went to mobile top up and selected the account I wanted to
pay from, inserted my phone number and chose the amount to top up by. Then on
the next screen is the problem. It asks for my pin number but voiceover does
not tell me what the numbers required are and I cannot get into the edit boxes
to insert the digits.
I am using an IPhone 6. I must install the latest update and may try
reinstalling the app. Something is wrong as I have used this app on numerous
occasions.

When you typed the 3rd character of your PIN, you hear the soft whoosh sound,
which means, the password has been completed.

The developer is - wait for it - Bank Of Ireland Apps. !!
You open the App Store on your iDevice, then search for the app whose
details you're seeking. Having found the relevant app, you then double-tap
the Details tab. Then there are 5 screenshots, followed by the text of
whatever the developer has to say about the app. Then, we get who who the
developer is.
In the case of this app, which (on my phone) is called BOI Mobile, there
were 410 results, and certainly not all of them Bank of Ireland! So I opened
the Bank of Ireland Mobile result, which said "open" and not "get" -
indicating that I already have the app, and then double-tapped on the
details.

Thanks for taking the time to look at the app on the phone. The thing
is all goes well when I sign into the app. The problem is when I want

This required me to use VoiceOver very carefully to realise what was
going on. I should mention that I did this using my Bluetooth

I realise that you are talking of a dialog further on after you have
concluded a transaction but I wonder if these notes are any help in

I normally use it to top up my mobile phone. I get as far as putting
in my details and then it asks me to confirm my transaction with a
