this is a different thing to that. This is about finding a straightforward way of moving groups of addresses, not email messages.

so am i its just called windows mail now
just try what i said control + shift + v and
it asks where you want to move the E mails to
just select the folder you want and hit enter

apologies i should have clarified that i am using outlook express to try do that big e mail folder.

if using windows mail
just do control shift v to move to a different folder
dont know if it moves all contents that are highlighted at once but will do it with each individual ones

i have 6 folders in my address book whose contents i want to put into just one folder thus creating one group to send emails to, however though i can select all the members in a folder i cannot copy them to put into the one big folder i am creating.

can anyone assist
