Hi Paul,

Why not try exporting the newspaper contacts out into a text file of type,
".CSV" which can be opened up in excel. Once you have exported the address,
now go into the All schools group and go to file then import and import the
".CSV file".

Paul.

hi cearbhall

no joy . when in the newspapers folder i can hear a list of the e mail
contacts and can even highlight all but cannot copy all?

think the only other thing i can do is use the list of newspaper e mails in
a document version that i have and add them one at at time to the all
schools folder.

perhaps you could set up something similar prior to me doing the above in a
last ditch attempt to see if you can manage it and see if i am doing
something simple wrongly?

many thanks and flor too
paul h
