hi cearbhall

no joy . when in the newspapers folder i can hear a list of the e mail contacts and can even highlight all but cannot copy all?

think the only other thing i can do is use the list of newspaper e mails in a document version that i have and add them one at at time to the all schools folder.

perhaps you could set up something similar prior to me doing the above in a last ditch attempt to see if you can manage it and see if i am doing something simple wrongly?

many thanks and flor too
paul h

Paul,

Why not try this procedure:
1. select all the emails in the Newspapers folder
2. Press control-c to copy them to the clipboard
3. move to the "All schools" folder
4. Press control-v to paste the emails from the clipboard into the All
schools folder.

All the best,

Cearbhall

Hi Paul,

The following will work with Windows XP, outlook Express, so can but hope
it will also work for you.
First, create the new folder in your Address Book.
that done, then, on each of the folders you want to copy from, press
<shift+F10>, goto copy and press <enter>.
Depending on how many addresses you are copying, it may take several
seconds. You can read selected item to get an idea.
Once copied, then you can move to the folder to be copied to, and paste
from the clipboard.
Repeat this for each of the other folders.
