[vip_students] printer not working

hi folks,

for some reason my printer has just stopped working, it is an epson 830.
here is the diolog box is saying, printer name: epsonstiylis photo 830: series time sent: 13 15 37 06/11/2007 click here to open the print q and then for assistance click trouble shooter on the help menu.
