[vip_students] Re: printer not working

        Hi Susan,

Sounds like you have managed to get some print jobs clogged up in the
printers cue. You could try the following;

1. Go to start menu, settings, printers and faxes.

2. In printers and faxes, arrow to the printer you named in this email and
press the Application key.

3. Now arrow down to "cancel all print jobs" and press enter key.

4. Answer yes or ok to the message that comes up.

5. close everything back to the desktop and then shut down the computer.

6. Now carefully, disconnect both cables from the back of the printer and
leave them disconnected for about 20 seconds then replace both of them
"carefully"

6. Restart the computer and now try  going into word, typing up some lines
of text and printing it off.
