Hi Susan,

There is nothing wrong with your documents coming up in print view. In fact
that is what I prefer they would come up as. As for your printer problem,
yes, every time you press the control P combination you were adding to the
problem. I still think it is something to do with your trouble.

Try a variation of what I last suggested as follows;

1. Go to start menu, settings, printers and faxes.

2. Arrow to the printer  and by the way, make sure that there is only one
printer of that name in here as there could be more printers of the same
name and you aren't clearing out the correct one so ensure that the  printer
you are using isn't duplicated in here, that's important.

3. When you have arrowed to the correct printer name, press the enter key on
it. This will open up the printers folder and if those 16 jobs are lurking
about then they will be in here. You will then need to delete each job in
here, that is a total of 16 times or maybe more.

Once that is done, reboot the computer.
