Hi Susan,

If you are using JAWS this is a known bug, especially with Office 2010. There's 
not a lot you can do about it at present. It is being worked on though, and I 
think there will be a fix in a later version of 16.

When I close a file either in word or excel it asks me to save it whether or 
not I have made any ajustments, how can I stop this please?
