Instructions for adding and removing add-ons are included.
In the Software Speech Synthesizer section, you'll find two Eloquence
add-ons. I couldn't possibly comment further *cough* *cough*.
In the Additional NVDA Functionality section, I'd recommend NVDA OCR,
Systray List and Virtual Revision. Otherwise, it all depends... do
you use Skype or WinAmp or Tapin Radio or any of the other apps
mentioned? If so, then give the add-ons for them a try.
