No no no, I'm trying to reduce the pressure by saying that most scans do have errors and that's okay. I approve the books anyway. I'm just offering an option (and so far, no one has accepted) for those people who want their books to be perfect. If you're happy with imperfect books, so am I. ----- Original Message ---- From: Amber Wallenstein <amber.wallens@xxxxxxxxx> To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Friday, August 8, 2008 12:43:05 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Pearl by Tabitha King I think perfectionism is really hard to achieve... I do the best I can and am always learning, but I get a knot in my stomach when I feel pressured to get perfect scans. I want excellent quality books, but I do feel pressure to do better and better. I might think about submitting books from now on, especially if there is more and more pressure to submit "perfect" scans. I love bookshare and I love all the work we do, but I can't create perfect scans, and feel badly when I can not do that for you all.
