I vote to leave things as they are. I, like everyone else want excelent quality books, but I think to expect perfection is asking too much. I do the best I can and am always learning, but I get a knot in my stomach when I feel pressured to get perfect scans. I want excellent quality books, but I do feel pressure to do better and better. I might think about submitting books from now on, especially if there is more and more pressure to submit "perfect" scans. I love bookshare and I love all the work we do, but I can't create perfect scans, and feel badly when I can not do that for you all.
