Carrie said if the submitter and proofreader together agree, she will leave the
hold intact. I am one person who will likely have books there waiting for me
longer than 2 weeks as I shipped out many books and will not proof until they
are returned and some people like to post them as soon as they are done so as
not to lose them or forget later.
On the other hand, if it is your book, you can ask Carrie to release the hold...
