Grab this zip file, Behringer BCF2000 Stuff.zip from this download link:

Inside, you'll want to start by reading the
BCF2000 by Feel, a guide a bunch of us put
together a few years back. It's in htm and rtf
formats. That will get you going in Sonar, and then some!
Also included are:
1. the installer for Tim Burgess's Surface Reader application,
2. Loop Midi,
3. Surface Reader and LoopMIDI Setup Instructions.txt
4. the latest BCF2000 64-bit driver, and
5. The firmware update utility in case you need to flash your unit.
