Definitely best to use a search engine and type in the following:
Behringer BCF2000 device driver
From the resulting links that pop up, be sure to choose the one that will
take you to the official Behringer website.
As you may already know, this process will get the drivers installed for
your version of Windows so that SONAR and other applications can communicate
with your BCF2000. The Surface Reader utility that Tim Burgess made is an
optional add-on that, when properly installed and configured, should make
more of the features of the BCF2000 accessible to us.
I do not recall creating a BCF2000 by feel document. If someone has done
so, please share with the group here.

Alternatively, if you still don't want to download the sendSpace file, go to
the behringer website, they have the firmware and drivers for windows 7,
along with pdf files of the manual. Not sure where you could get the BCF by
feel document though, I think DD has a copy of it posted somewhere? Not
sure, but perhaps somebody else can guide you to it, or maybe it was Steve's
site that I had seen it on, again, somebody else would have to chime in. But
the other stuff can be gotten from the behringer site.

if you have an iPhone, there are many apps which can slow down music
without changing the pitch, loop sections, etc.

You'd have to acidize the whole thing, and then use the clip transpose.
However, note that the pitched version will not sound like the
original. Depending how far up or down you have to transpose, you
will introduce artifacts into the sound as you go up or down.
You might be able to get away with half to a whole step up or down,
but it all depends on the recording, how it was recorded,
instrumentation of the track etc.
