nope, BCF2000 by Feel was created by Neil Graham,
Tim Burgess, myself, and some other folks. I
believe it's included in the help system in tim's
Surface Reader program, as well as separately.

Alternatively, if you still don't want to download the sendSpace file, go to
the behringer website, they have the firmware and drivers for windows 7,
along with pdf files of the manual. Not sure where you could get the BCF by
feel document though, I think DD has a copy of it posted somewhere? Not
sure, but perhaps somebody else can guide you to it, or maybe it was Steve's
site that I had seen it on, again, somebody else would have to chime in. But
the other stuff can be gotten from the behringer site.
