[ddots-l] Loading Drum Sounds into Session Drummer

Hey, new user here, slowly learning my way through Sonar and the CT tutorials.
Its going to be a while before I get through this thing:)
I had a question concerning loading other drum sounds into the Session
Drummer.
I understand how to use the file browser to find my own drum sounds and
can assign them to a pad.
First, is there any way to load different velocity layers? If not, is there
another Soft Synth I might be able to use to accomplish this? I have multiple
WAV files all capturing the different velocities of the kick, snare, etc...
I'm wondering if its possible to do this just like the preset drum kits that
come with Session Drummer.
Forgive me if this is written in the tutorial somewhere, I wasn't able to
find anything that mentioned something like this.
