Steve. The SFZ files are .txt files that contain all of the wave file
information E.G, mapping velocity etc that's required to load up say a bass
drum into Session Drummer.

Hi Justin,

I wouldn't have thought that you'd have to load each Sample on to a bass
drum patch these days.
The FSZ files I would imagine are single samples so maybe that's not where
you should be looking.
Session Drummer must have it's own file of samples somewhere.
I only wish I could help more, not a great fan of session drummer, I use
Superior Drummer.

I'm sure there are guys on here who can help, some maybe on holiday so just
keep posting the question.

I'm trying to figure out how to load one sound with multiple velocity
layers. I understand that SD can load SFZ files and what not, but what do I

have to do to get a series of bass samples into this format so I could
actually just load that one kick sample with all its layers in tact? As
this is probably pretty detailed, where can I go to read up on this sort of
thing?
