You don't understand. The volume is not consistent through the track. I have different volume levels through the track and I need the volume of this vocal to stay the same. Moving the gain is not the way to go. May the peace of God which passes all understanding gard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. God bless you! I did it by choosing one track and moving the slices I needed from the other to that track. Then I bounced the finished track to a new track. I notice that there are some volume irregularities where the volume pulls back. I don't see any automation that I can strip out. I tried normalizing the comp track and didn't notice any change. What can I do in Sonar, I don't own Sound Forge, to make the volume of this track uniform throughout? Kevin
