MessageYou can make adjustments to certain sections of the vocal track with the
three DB Quieter or Three DB Louder feature in Sonar. Make a clone of the
track, use one to experiment with and archive one for backup, because what you
do to the track is only un doable during this current session of Sonar. Once
you close Sonar, they are for keeps.

Subject: [ddots-l] Need to fix volume changes in vocal track

  Guys,
I have a comp vocal track that I made from two other tracks. I did it by
choosing one track and moving the slices I needed from the other to that track.
Then I bounced the finished track to a new track. I notice that there are
some volume irregularities where the volume pulls back. I don't see any
automation that I can strip out. I tried normalizing the comp track and didn't
notice any change. What can I do in Sonar, I don't own Sound Forge, to make
the volume of this track uniform throughout?
  Kevin
