I mean an analog soft synth. I want one with like 3 oscillators and a couple
filters, maybe some fx, although I can patch fx in my self. I want to make
some nice thick bass sounds and cool leads. maybe something with an arp on

Anything sample based requires either producing your own sample library
(which is very expensive), or else licensing samples from someone else
