[ddots-l] Sonar Clips Pane Question

Hi folks.
Can you help with a little problem I'm having here?
Take a listen to this short clip:

Just after it fades up, a new guitar part enters quite a bit too
late. I'm used to nudging whole things around so they line up
better, but what I need to do here is stretch the leading edge of
that clip so it comes in a bit earlier, on time. But I need the rest
of the clip to remain where it is.
What's the easiest way to do that? I don't have a tempo map
established so I can't just quantize.
