Well,

You could score if you add demi to quaver, then later add hemi to 
demiquaver, then add the "S" to the end. Did you consider whether the tiles 
were crossing double- or triple- letter and word squares, as well?

HEMIDEMISEMIQUAVER is not valid in Scrabble because the board is not that
big, but DEMISEMIQUAVER is in the Scrabble dictionary, so with the S added
to make it plural, you could score up to 356 points, filling the entire row.
(This is theoretical, of course, since you can't hold 15 tiles on the rack.)
