One cable running from the Phamtom OUT to MIDI IN 1.  One cable running
from Interface OUT 1 to Phamtom IN.  One cable running from MIDI OUT 2
to Module IN

Okay, so would the cable setup look like this then?

1 midi cable running out of the fantom's "midi in" port to the
interface's 
"midi out" port. Another cable running from the fantom's "midi out" port
to 
the interface's "midi in" port, and the last cable running from the
module's 
"midi out" port to the interface's other "midi in" port?
