Hmm. Well, Presonus just came out with a new firewire interface called the FireStudio Tube. I'm debating between that and the Motu 2408 Mark of the Unicorn. ----- Original Message ----- Christopher Bartlett I am in possession of an FP-10 (the successor to the Firepod model) from Presonus. I have thus far been unable to get it to install correctly on a system where my trusty M-Audio FW410 works just fine. The current chimera for this problem that I'm chasing is the chip set of my Firewire adapter. The control panel (as far as I've been able to look at it) appears more accessible than the FW410's control panel. It appears possible to adjust latency, bit depth and resolution with standard Windows controls, which is a refreshing change. Of course I can't yet report on its sound quality, though I am led to believe that it will be good. PLEASE READ THIS FOOTER AT LEAST ONCE!
