I understand that the two latest versions of Duxbury can handle smart quotes. I'd be very appreciative if the Duxbury folks would explain the algorithm DBT uses to distinguish a right smart single quote character intended as a quotation mark to be translated to dots (356, 3) from one intended as an apostrophe to be translated to dot (3)?
