No, it won't be any different because I've encountered this too and I rarely
use the standard template.
How would Americans feel about adopting the 456, 256 bullet symbol the
British recently adopted? It would give us a standard symbol.

I guess there are some left-over vestiges of the '60s, although I'm
not really against all rules (or even most rules). In this case, I
just didn't like the symbol DBTW used when it translated bullets, but
now I wonder if it would have behaved differently if I were using the
BANA Text template. Thanks for including the rules.
