bob,

I prefer either the single or double hyphen to dots 1-6, 3-5, 3-5, which is how DBTW renders bullets. I'd be interested to know what the official rule is, but I'll bet I won't like it.

Hi Don,
I like to replace bullets with -- (that's two dashes). Not sure if it's the proper way to do it according to Library of Congress, but I've seen it done that way in many documents and it does the trick. I do a global search and replace from within the Duxbury print document, (dxp file).

I am not sure what to do with bullets when formatting. Take them out, replace them with something else? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
