MessageThanks George: The Word document in question had one blank line between paragraphs, and when I put it in DBT, it had two blank lines between paragraphs. I edited the DBT document, and deleted the Word document. I haven't had that happen with other Word documents. It appears that DBT may be honoring Word's Double Spacing after all. I'll do some checking. Apologies for misleading you. If you don't have anyone or any way to check, e-mail the Word Document to me at george@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and I'll check it. The shift F 1 command did not work. I ended up deleting the extra lines individually. Fortunately, it was a short document. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? I'm using DBT 10.5 and Word 2003 Don Hansen
