MessageThe "shift-F1" command tells dbt to use single spacing but for it to
work, you should select the text which is being changed to single spacing and
then type the shift f1 seqyuence.

Let me know whether you got it to work.

  What is the shift-f1 command?

  Thanks,

  Deb B.

    Hello:

I recently imported a Word document into DBT that was single spaced in
Word, but came out double spaced in DBt. The shift F 1 command did not work.
I ended up deleting the extra lines individually. Fortunately, it was a short
document. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

    I'm using DBT 10.5 and Word 2003
