The Spanish style is included in the braille.dot template which was included
with my Duxbury 10.5

As a sighted transcriber, another trick which I find useful is using the
format painter in Word, where you can easily copy styles to other parts of a
document using the mouse, simply by selecting something which is formatted
the way you want, double-clicking the format painter button, then selecting
the word, characters etc that you want the format copied to, rather like a
format copy and paste - I'm not sure how this may work for a blind user.

Hi George,

Maybe it will be a good idea to incorporate this style as an included
style that comes with the braille template for Word? That is kind of a
bit of steps, and could see something getting mixed up.
