Hi. Unfortunately, page numbers aren't given to h1 styles, so you're only
going to get the listing unless you give it a smaller heading number. I
rarely write my codes manually either, and I don't understand why the h1
style doesn't get numbered but it would be interesting to hear from someone
from Duxbury on this.
