Hi Susie,

Sorry for the delay in replying. We're 5 - 8 hours ahead of you guys,
and I just had to get some shuteye.

I received your file, and see two initial problems. The first, which
Dave pointed out, is that your Heading Code/Style is just h1 - it should
be h2. - with a period after it.

So, if you use:-

[es~h1.]My Knitting Heading[ee~h1.]

That will solve one problem.

The second is that your h1. Style does not appear to have the [rps] and
[rpe] codes in it, but you can at least manually add them for just now
to get the job out quickly.

This pair of codes effectively says, "I want the text between these two
codes to appear in the Table of Contents".

So your Headings should now look as follows.

[rps][es~h1.]My Knitting Heading[ee~h1.][rpe]

Finally, I suspect you may find a mistake near the end, when I found a
whole paragraph that began [h1], and of course after I did a search and
replace to make the corrections, it messed up and appeared in the Table
of Contents.

Hope this helps,

George.
