If you are using DBT Version 10.4, the codes [rps1] and [rpe1] are
included in the style h1, the codes [rps2] and [rpe2] are included in
the style h2, The codes [rps3] and [rpe3] are included in the style
h3.

So, if you use the 3 heading styles correctly, throughout the file,
the corect indented levels will be produced when you generate the
Table of Contents.
