Personally I think this is a phenomenon of the northeast in some
respects, business like and to the point with little tolerance for
extraneous matters until a relationship is formed with the individual.
Perhaps more details would help. I have dealt with RFBB for perhaps 47
years now and for the most part am satisfied with their service.
