I had the pleasure of dealing with RFBD this week and found the several
customer service representatives I've worked with very pleasant.
I'm sorry this was such a bad experience for you. Give them another try. Maybe
this person was simply having a bad day and it came out in their interaction
with you.

the watchmen stand guard in vain.

Personally I think this is a phenomenon of the northeast in some respects,
business like and to the point with little tolerance for extraneous matters
until a relationship is formed with the individual.

Perhaps more details would help. I have dealt with RFBB for perhaps 47 years
now and for the most part am satisfied with their service.

  Thank you!

Does anyone on the list use RFBD? Is it customary for them to be rude to
customers? My first experience with them is my last.
