I order books on tape from them, but most of my dealings with them have
been online. I've only spoke to them once this year, but I didn't have
a bad experience. Unfortunately, you caught someone at a bad time.

Does anyone on the list use RFBD? Is it customary for them to be rude
to
customers? My first experience with them is my last.
