Is it brailing anything? If not working at all,
start Duxbury, at the top where you find "file" "edit" go a
couple more tabs and you will find settings and under that
tab is embosser set up. Find your embosser on the list and
save settings.
If your Brailler is brailing miscellaneous
information the embosser bar may need to be flipped over.
This occurs on the Braille Blazer, there is a little handle
on the embosser bar that my daughter use to occasionally
flip and the embosser bar then is in graphing mode.
