When you installed Dux 10.6, if you said yes to everything, the BANA
Word template should have also been installed. When you start a new
Word document, before you hit enter, you select the BANA template and
you'll get a bunch of Duxbury formatting styles, which, as Susan says,
only work if you opt for the textbook format when you open them in
Duxbury. You can apply the BANA template to a previously created Word
document by going to Tools, select Templates and Add-ins, and click on
Attach to choose the BANA template (though I find that some features
don't work on documents treated this way, and it seems more reliable
to copy the document and paste it into a new one that's opened with
the BANA template).
