try importing the document into Duxbury and then put in the codes before you translate ----- Original Message ----- From: "Diane Nousanen" <DianeNousanen@xxxxxxxxx>

I hope someone can help me see what I'm doing wrong. I have an outline in Word with about 4 levels. I'm using the BANA template. I've tried the Numbered indent style (1-5, 3-7, 5-9, etc.). I've tried the Stairstep (Level 1, 2, 3, etc.). I tried Exercise (1, 2, 3, etc.). None of them carries over to Duxbury. Everything is at the left margin, and when I reveal the codes there's nothing there, just [l] at the end of each line. (I've tried opening the document as both literary and textbook--no difference.) I'm using Duxbury 10.6 and Word 2000. What am I not realizing? Thanks.
