[duxuser] Re: oulines from Word to Dux

I can do it that way--but I was hoping to do all the formatting in
Word. I'm trying to make it "simple" for someone who doesn't know
braille and isn't very confident about the whole process.
An interesting side-note: I wasn't able to set any of the outline or
indent styles in the original document; I had to copy it and paste it
into a new document.
