Hi all.
I'm sure I have done the below successfully in the past but not for quite a
while now.
I am trying to complete an online transaction on my desktop and I get to the
part where all details are inputted correctly and my bank gives me a confirm
button to press on my mobile. However, when I double tap on confirm, I
appear to get stuck. I think that it is not confirming, asnothing seems
happens , and when I proceed to reconfirm once again as instructed back on
my desktop, again nothing happens and I eventually find myself cancelled
back to the beginning of the transaction.
Any idea as to where I am going wrong? I should add that the money required
is in my account and it is a very small amount, just in case anyone suggests
that I don't have the requisite amount in my account(smile).
