Unfortunately Sarah I think you're right to be worried.
Things certainly don't look good now, and are probably going to get worse
before they get better.
Our only hope is that any restrictions are done on a local basis, and at the
moment at least, the Hastings area is doing reasonably ok.
If that continues, we may be ok, but who knows....
I think our problem lies in the fact that we are planning on having more DJ's
than last time, with several planning on using yours & Nick's studio, plus
we've lost at least one DJ we used last time.
As you say Steve could try & plan a DJ schedule for a 'lockdown' type scenario,
but that's a lot of work & would he be able to cover all the slots at such
short notice with less DJ's anyway? Don't forget we go live in two weeks time!

Subject: [Hastings Rock] Contingency
I am not scaremongering here, but I am getting rather nervous about all this
talk about 'lockdown' and 'tighter restrictions'.
Should we be considering a contingency plan? Particularly if DJs are prevented
from using other people's studios.
Sorry Steve, this could make more work for you, but I think we should look to
mitigate the risk.
