Right you are, right month, wrong year....

I have been working on an alternative schedule which would be 3 hour
shows plus robojock filling in where needed with just DJs with their
own studios. I understand what you are saying about needing to get
the music sent out so are you suggesting that all DJs going to Nicks
house are now dropped from the schedule? That doesn't seem right in
my opinion.

Possibly a bit of confusion has arisen.... When I spoke to Nick
earlier, he implied that you either weren't putting a contingency
schedule together any more or were struggling to do so. Which I thought
was a bit odd because they'd been nothing posted on here to that
effect, so maybe I misunderstood. However I'd said that we needed
something so we don't end up running around like headless chickens if
if the rules change suddenly so suggested this as an alternative
approach. 

FWIW, my take was that if they do tighten the lockdown rules, it's most
likely going to be to stop people visiting other people's houses so the
effect that would have on us (unless I've missed something) is all the
Djs who were going to be going round Nick's would no longer be able to.
Everyone else would be unaffected. Hence (unless they have some other
means of presenting) they would need to be dropped from the schedule -
which is what that document was trying to show. If the rules don't
change, then all is well.

It sounds though you have it in hand so I wouldn't worry too much about
it. 

One more thing, are the any updates yet on the "TBAs" in the current
schedule?

Are we talking May 2019 here? Tuesday fell on 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th
that year and the 7-9pm slot appears to be Sarah's New Rock show.

Or did you want it from May 2020?

To put you all in the picture if we do a lockdown broadcast it is
likely to only include 10 live presenters at the most so this
would involve doing a broadcast similar to May with 3 hour shows
with Robojock to fill in. All specialist show could still go out
using some recorded but I don't see the point of putting a
recorded show out if the presenter can do it live. If it was
decided to put any other old shows out during the day this would
mean I couldn't really put a lockdown schedule together yet.
 
I would think any re-airing of old shows would have to fit into
whatever schedule you come up with. It's just worth keeping them in
mind if you have holes to fill...

Oh Great Jon Thanks ,

as i have several people coming next week to mine to practice and
can show them how the email works now. they dident do shows last
time so a bit to learn .

Also Jon ive taken a couple of days off work to complete all the
playlists . will hopefully have them all complete by this weekend.
