I don’t really mind who does it, I just need to send the details to whoever we
agree is doing it.
I don’t have a Hastings Rock email address either.
I just think we need to acknowledge donations, some of which have been
substantial.

I believe that all of these people should have some form of email
acknowledgement and thanks from us. However I simply don’t have time to do
this right now. I have emails and details and can pass on theses details to any
volunteer wishing to take this on.
