Wow! That's a very generous amount. I agree with Sarah that an appropriate and
gracious acknowledgement is given to them; it's the least we should do, in my
opinion.
Maybe, the thanks can be posted on our home web page and the fans' facebook,
too? Perhaps, an on-air "DJ read" is also in order?

Subject: [Hastings Rock] Donations - Volunteer Needed
We have received a total of £225 in donations from listeners, which has
translated to 215.77 after PayPal fees.
I have transferred this amount to the Hastings Rock account.
I believe that all of these people should have some form of email
acknowledgement and thanks from us. However I simply don’t have time to do
this right now. I have emails and details and can pass on theses details to any
volunteer wishing to take this on.
