The two systems dialogue are what you’ll find in your notification area in
your extras. Even those I have to close to get back to what I am doing.
Before, I could just ignore them until I was ready to deal with them.

depending on the time you have it set for is when it will do this if your

You can change it to never do it at all if you wish.

Yeah it's annoying but there's no way to disable that. A work around is
to go into energy saver in system preferences and set your display to
sleep after 10 or 20 minutes.
