Yes, I did think this combination should bring up System Windows, it has done
so in the past but not on my Macbook Pro for some reason, I'm now left to
wonder if a piece of software is covering the Window? I'll have to do some
experimentation to try and determine this, obvious culprit is Eset Anti Virus.
