Well, it's not an Apple, Chris, but when I got my Haven phone--fortunately
a
blind guy and his wife did a whole MP3 Haven Tour presentation--but when I
went to the Verizon store the guy actually ARGUED that the Haven did not
speak. So I showed him how to activate it and all it did and I thought
he'd
faint.
I feel that if someone is going to work selling a product, I don't care if
it's a phone, a computer or a new kind of pen, they should be expected to
know at least the basics!
People who hate cats will come back as mice!
